Born in 1972. Futatsuya joined Japan Air Self-Defense Force in 1991. From 2002, she worked as a wedding planner. After joining IBJ, Inc. in 2010, she oversaw multiple business departments, and in 2017, was appointed Director of IBJ Life Design Support Inc. In 2020, she was appointed Director of IBJ, Inc., and in 2023, Auditor of IBJ, Inc.

Born in 1937. Teramura joined the Ministry of Finance in 1961. He has held prominent positions, including Director General of the Minister’s Secretariat of the Economic Planning Agency, Director of the Finance Ministry’s Banking Bureau, and Commissioner of the National Tax Agency. In 2007, he was appointed Auditor of IBJ, Inc.
